Ghanaian actress Clara Benson, known in the showbiz space as Maame Serwaa, has revealed that she doesn’t own a car, even after making so much from starring in numerous Ghanaian movies.
According to Maame Serwaa, she hasn’t been able to afford a car because she has big dreams of purchasing luxurious vehicles when the time comes.
“Currently, I don’t own a car. Looking at my status in the industry, people are astonished why I don’t own a car. My dreams are big so I am just waiting for the appointed time. I will buy a luxurious vehicle, “she said.
Many people assumed that by now, Maame Serwaa would own a car after starring in so many movies, but the actress says otherwise.
She revealed that she plans to buy a car soon—not just any car, but a G-Wagon.
Maame Serwaa added that although she hasn’t been able to purchase a car as people expect, she has managed to build herself a house.
“Honestly, the car I will buy now is a G-Wagon. Everybody has his or her priorities in life, I chose to build a house rather than buying cars. So now that I own a house, I am planning to buy a car.” Maame Serwaa revealed.
Clara Amoateng Benson rose to fame at a very young age as an actress, starring in movies such as School Girl, Me Ba, School Girl (2013), Agyanka Mmobro (2013) as Brenyah, Ohia Asem (2014) as Serwaah, Ohia Asoma Wo (2014) as Princess, Ama Pooley (2015), Adepa (2016) as Yaa, and many more.
In 2017, she completed her secondary education at Serwaa Nyarko Girls’ Senior High School and was then awarded a four-year degree scholarship to study at Knutsford University College, located in East Legon, Accra, which she completed recently.
She has starred in movies alongside top actors like Nana Ama McBrown, Bill Asamoah, Kwadwo Nkansah LilWin, and many more.
