I regret doing a free verse for Keche – King Paluta

Ghanaian superstar and man of the moment, Thomas Adjei Wireko, widely known as King Paluta King Paluta, regrets doing a verse for music duo Keche on their ‘My Father’ banger.

Everyone can testify to the fact that King Paluta bagged all major headlines and became the most sought-after musician after storming the world with bangers like Aseda, Makoma, and more.

He also made other songs popular by dropping hot verses for other musicians.

Music duo Keche got King Paluta on their My Father song but never got him to shoot the official music video.

According to King Paluta, he was contacted by the Aluguntugui hitmakers to shoot a video singing his part of the song to be used as a visualizer since he was delaying the video shoot, but he was very sick and asked them to wait until he was fine.

He later saw a video in which the music duo used his Aseda song visualizer as a video and synchronized it with his verse on the My Father song.

“I saw that video but didn’t get offended because I thought they couldn’t wait for me to be well. But they later made a video tarnishing my image, making it seem like I intentionally ignored them.

If the song had performed well like they wanted, they wouldn’t have called me to say I should even come for a pesewa, but because it didn’t go viral like they expected, they are now pushing the blame on me.

I really regret doing the verse because it was a free verse, and I didn’t charge them, but they just tarnished my image like that,” King Paluta added.
