NDC can do whatever they want in this four year, NPP will come to power 2028 – David Prince Osei

 

Ghanaian actor, Prince David Osei has encouraged members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) not to remain focused and work hard.

According to him, no matter the circumstances, the NPP will rise and shine again.

He said the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) can do what they can do within the four years of President John Dramani Mahama’s administration but the NPP will come back in 2028.

He reiterated that the two main political parties the NPP and the NDC are not enemies. According to him, despite their political differences the two parties are brothers but the NPP will take over power in the 2028 elections.

“NDC is not our enemies but brothers they will do what they can do in these 4 years!! But 2028 new breed of young bloods are emerging for exceptional leadership with nations patriotism!! We will shine again!!! Kukrudu” The Actor wrote on his X.

David Osei further called on the NPP members to resolve their issues and correct their mistakes.

He understands that unity is the key to break the chains and win the 2028 elections.

“NPP, remember opportunities don’t go to waste. They just go to other people!! Let’s work on our mistakes, reunite and bounce back stronger!” He added.

His comment comes after former Member of Parliament for Dome Kwabenya constituency, Sarah Adwoh Sarfo is revealing secrets in the party which she believes contributed to the heavy defeat in the 2024 elections.

According to her, former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo failed to listen to the cry of Ghanaians.

She said the introduction of the E-levy which was rejected by the majority of the citizens who were crying over hardships and internal disputes are the reasons the party is in opposition now.

The NPP has subsequently directed its members to abstain from comments and discussion that tarnish the image of the party in the future.
