Okay FM Morning Show Host, Kwame Nkrumah Tikɛseɛ has taken a swipe at the Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene for calling out Firefighters when fire burt doen shops at Adum in Kumasi.
The Regional Minister lost control and questioned the firefighters why their vehicle was at the scene without water.
The action of the Minister has sparked reactions on social media.
Reacting to this, Kwame Nkrumah Tikɛseɛ stated that that small boy Regional Minister should not have addressed the matter that way while he is aware that access to the market is very difficult.
“I am not angry with any of them like that Regional Minister, small boy. You went there and fought with Firefighters, meanwhile, you are aware that even ordinary cars do not go there. Why do you have to fight with them? President Mahama please if that boy can not work for you change him. Everyday he has been surrounded by bloggers. He comes from my home town, Asante Mampong but he is very troublesome, you went there to fight with Firefighters, why didn’t you remove your clothes and go and quench the fire? Because it is very difficult to get there.” He fumed.
The Presenter warned the Minister to be careful on how he addresses issues because he is not the first Regional Minister in the country.
“Or aside from being a Medical Doctor he has worked with fire service.? Massa, go and sit somewhere. Look, Regional Secretaries who have been promoted to Regional Minister, we have seen some before, we saw, Yamin who was a Regional Secretary and later became Deputy Regional Minister. Be careful” He warned.
Kwame Nkrumah who is not happy about the loss of the properties prayed that the perpetrators should suffer if the fire outbreak occurred intentionally.
“If the market was burnt intentionally, those perpetrators will suffer, how can you destroy someone’s property like this? Their family will suffer from poverty and die mysteriously. Why?” He added.
