Shatta Wale and Despite don’t have anything in common – Sammy Flex

Ghanaian reggae/Dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah also known as Shatta Wale’s manager, Samuel Atuobi Baah known professionally as Sammy Flex has categorically stated that the self acclaimed dancehall king and business mogul, Dr. Osei Kwame Despite don’t have anything in common.

It was alleged that Shatta Wale was not invited to the lavish birthday party of business mogul, Richard Nii Armah Quaye because the owner of Despite Groups of Companies was present at the birthday party of the Founder of Bills Micro-Credit.

Reacting to this allegation, Sammy Flex stated that that party was not for Despite so the allegation was baseless. Adding that Despite and Shatta Wale don’t have anything in common so Shatta Wale could have gone there to perform it the party was his values.

“There are others who are also saying it was because Despite was going to be there that is why Shatta was not even called…Why? Was Shatta going to do anything with Despite? What do they have in common? If he was there and Shatta was going to perform or whatever, Shatta could go ahead and do it. Was the party for Despite? If it was about Despite you can say he didn’t want to call Shatta Wale because of past issues then that is fine. This is not for him.” Sammy Flex stated.

According to him, Shatta Wale and Richard Nii Armah Quaye have had a good relationship for years so it was not true that he was not invited.

“The party iis for a different person who has a good relationship with Shatta Wale over the years, I am sure he wanted to talk to Shatta Wale directly and that is how it should be done. So that should also be brushed off, total liars.” He added.
