GRATIS Foundation CEO visits Tamale Center to boost operations

The Chief Executive Officer of the GRATIS Foundation, Dr. Isaac Adaebsah, has paid a working visit to the GRATIS Regional Center in Tamale as part of his commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and fostering closer engagement with regional teams.

The visit, which formed part of Dr. Adaebsah’s broader initiative to connect with staff across the country, allowed the CEO to directly assess on-the-ground operations, gain firsthand insights into the challenges and successes of the Tamale center, and explore ways to further support the team’s ongoing projects.

During his visit, Dr. Adaebsah interacted with management and staff, who openly outlined some of the key challenges facing the center.

Dr. Adaebsah expressed his appreciation for the dedication and hard work demonstrated by the staff in Tamale.  According to him, it’s important for leadership to stay in touch with the heartbeat of our organization.

“This visit is not just about oversight; it’s about partnership, encouragement, and identifying new opportunities to grow our impact.” He said.

The C.E.O of GRATIS Foundation further reaffirmed the commitment of the current Minister of Trade and Industry, Hon. Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare  as well as the Government of Ghana, to revitalizing the GRATIS Foundation. He assured the workers that the necessary support would be provided to strengthen the institution and position it for greater impact.

The staff expressed their appreciation for the surprise visit, noting that it was a strong show of leadership and concern for their welfare. They pledged their full cooperation with both the CEO and the government to ensure the success of the Foundation’s renewed direction.

The GRATIS Foundation, known for promoting industrialization through technology transfer and skills development, continues to play a crucial role in empowering communities across Ghana.
