“I won’t learn any sense from this because I have not done anything wrong” – Showboy reacts to his 14 days jail term

Ghanaian socialite and musician, Sam Sarfo popularly known as Showboy has reacted to his two weeks jail term awarded to him and his former artiste, Kaytee.

Showboy has been remanded by a Court in Oda for biting off  a portion of his former artiste, Kaytee’s ear.

Showboy and Kaytee engaged in a fight during an event in Oda which became a topic of discussion on social media. But the High Court on May 5, 2025  jailed the two musicians for two weeks for causing mayhem.

Reacting to  this development in a video, Showboy urged the public to be careful in how they handle their disputes.

According to him, anyone who feels offended by his brother should report the case to the Police for the law to take its course and not to put the law into your own hands.

Showboy however, indicated that he won’t learn any sense because he did nothing wrong in the case.

“Everybody must learn from this but for me I won’t learn any sense from this because I have not done anything wrong. But at the end of the day everybody must learn from this because it is real as you can see. So if someone offends you go to the Police Station and report. Don’t take the law into your own hands.” He said in the 28 seconds video shared on X.

In the video,  Showboy and Kaytee were seen in handcuffs.

Showboy also admitted nobody is above the law and for that matter everyone should abstain from violence.

“You have seen the cost of violence right? You guys know me, the cost of violence, you will learn it from here. I always use myself as an example, nobody is bigger than the church. Now we are going to spend two weeks in prison. This will serve as a great lesson to others.” He added.
