Aide to former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Dennis Miracles Aboagye, has openly expressed deep admiration and loyalty to the former Vice President, disclosing that he would gladly work with him again even in another life.
According to him, Dr. Bawumia is “intelligent, a doer, honest, sincere, and visionary.” These qualities, he said, make the former Vice President an exceptional leader and one of the most inspiring individuals he has had the opportunity to serve.
He made this assertion on Channel One TV’s Upside Down show on Sunday, July 13.
“If I die and go and come back and have to choose who, from a million people, one person to work with, I will choose Dr. Bawumia.
“He is intelligent, he is a doer, he is honest and sincere, and he is visionary.” He stated.
In a candid revelation about his own political ambitions, Dennis Miracle Aboagye made it clear that he has no interest in becoming president, despite his growing profile in Ghanaian politics. Instead, he said he would prefer to serve as Chief of Staff, a position he described as both “powerful and influential.”
According to him, the Chief of Staff role aligns better with his leadership strengths, background, and personality. His comments offer a rare glimpse into the behind-the-scenes loyalty and strategic thinking within Ghana’s political circles.
“I don’t want to be president. I would love to be a Chief of Staff but not a president. I think Chief of Staff is powerful. I think I would be a better Chief of Staff than president,” he said.
