Afigya Kwabre South MP commends Black Stars for victories over Chad and Madagascar

The Member of Parliament for Afigya Kwabre South, Damata Ama Appianimaa Salam, has commended the Black Stars for their impressive victories over Chad and Madagascar in the ongoing 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

The Black Stars of Ghana secured vital 6 points in the two games, beating Chad 5:0 at the Accra Sports Stadium before securing a 3:0 over Madadascar at Al Hoceima Grand Stadium.

Speaking in Parliament, Damata Ama Appianimaa Salam praised the team’s resilience, skill, and unwavering determination, emphasizing that their performances have brought glory to the nation and rekindled the hopes of millions of Ghanaians who passionately support them.

She further highlighted the significance of the Black Stars’ achievements, acknowledging their hard work, tactical discipline, and teamwork, which have once again demonstrated the spirit of excellence that defines Ghanaian football.

“Let’s congratulate the Black Star on their impressive victory yesterday against Madagascar national football team. Mr. Speaker, this victory is a testament to the team’s resilience, skills and unweaving determination to make Ghana proud on the international stage.
