Agricultural Development Bank gets new Board of Directors

 

The Minister of Finance, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson has inaugurated a new Board of Directors for the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB).

The new Board of Directors chaired by Mr. Kenneth Kwamina Thompson and Mr. Edward Ato Sarpong as the Managing Director have been tasked to remain focused and guided by their primary mandate—serving Ghana’s agricultural sector.

“Earlier, I had the privilege of inaugurating the new Board of Directors for the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB).  As I emphasized during the ceremony, no country develops without sustained agricultural development.” The Minister said.

“I have therefore tasked the new board to remain focused and guided by their primary mandate—serving Ghana’s agricultural sector.  I want to assure the board and management that I will capitalize ADB next year.” He added.
