Ghanaian top-notch musician Emmanuel Andrew Samini, known in the showbiz space as Samini, has debunked rumours of him having a beef with his former signee, Stonebwoy.
Stonebwoy and Kofi Kinaata are artistes who were brought to the limelight by Samini years ago.
Recently, there have been rumours spreading widely that Stonebwoy and his godfather are at loggerheads for reasons best known to them.
There have been times Samini chose Stonebwoy’s rival, Shatta Wale, over his godson during interviews when asked to choose between the two.
This made people believe that things didn’t go well between the two during the High Grade Music era, owned by Samini.
Fast forward, Samini has debunked such rumours and even revealed that, for weeks now, he has been in the studio three or four times with Stonebwoy.
He emphasized that even last week, both were working on a song in the same studio.
“It is not true, I have been in the same studio with him for sometime now so that speculation is not true. I can’t do that.”
Making things clear, Samini stated that he can never beef Stonebwoy because of the age and generational difference between them.
The My Own hitmaker acknowledged the fact that we are all human and, therefore, misunderstandings are inevitable. However, since both are adults, they resolve issues and move on.
“We have to understand that we are all human beings, sometimes misunderstanding and anger can come, it is normal. But we have to also grow and know how to bring these issues down to prove our maturity. Having a misunderstanding with someone is not a problem but resolving your issues matters.” Samini stated.
He said all this in an interview with George Quaye on JoyPrime.
