MoMAG celebrates 8th anniversary, reaffirms commitment to transforming lives

The President of Mobile Money Advocacy Ghana (MoMAG), Mr. Edward Agyemang Ofori, has reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to promoting financial inclusion and community empowerment as it marked its 8th anniversary in grand style.

Addressing members and dignitaries at the anniversary celebration, Mr. Agyemang Ofori expressed profound gratitude to all who have supported the organization’s journey since its establishment. He gave special recognition to His Royal Majesty Togbe, the Paramount Chief of the Aflao Traditional Area, officials from the Ghana Police Service, partner institutions, and other stakeholders whose continuous collaboration has strengthened MoMAG’s impact across the country.

Reflecting on the theme for the celebration, Mr. Agyemang Ofori explained that it signifies MoMAG’s unwavering dedication to “not only making a difference but amplifying that difference.” He emphasized that the organization aims to expand its reach, enhance its effectiveness, and leverage partnerships to achieve greater collective impact.

He further highlighted that MoMAG’s efforts go beyond improving livelihoods, noting that the organization is helping to transform communities, foster growth, and drive sustainable development across Ghana.

Mr. Agyemang Ofori concluded by expressing optimism about the future, assuring members and partners that MoMAG will continue to serve as a strong advocate for digital financial inclusion and socio-economic empowerment.
