Music Is My Life, I’m Not Quitting – KK Fosu

Ghanaian highlife legend KK Fosu has proclaimed his deep love and connection to music, expressing that it’s not just his career but the essence of his existence.

He stated that even though trends may change, he remains dedicated to his craft.

“I love music so much and I think I live because of music. This is my mission on this earth, I mean my purpose on earth. Sometimes things change. Music itself is dynamic and that’s why its rhythm changes most times. Check from the olden days till now, from the times of Agya Koo Nimo to our time to now, you can see a whole lot has changed but I will stay true to music.”

The ‘Suudwe’ hitmaker went on to say that during the silent moments away from the public, he becomes extremely immersed in his creativity.

“In life, you have to be a soldier and never give up. The challenges will come but you have to stand firm. Despite the doubts, challenges, and temptations, I have never once thought of abandoning music. It is embedded in me,” he said.

Furthermore, he unveiled some exciting projects in motion.

He hinted at taking his signature Dstyle concert global and launching a talent discovery platform and stage designed to nurture and showcase the future of music stars in the country.

“My fans should be prepared for a global concert and a talent hunt aimed at Ghana’s next generation of stars because I can see we have talented musicians like myself and I would love to help them to grow and become superstars. The country has also helped me a lot and as I said earlier I will give them a concert. My team is planning on that.”
