Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram Constituency, Samuel Nartey Geroge has clarified the claims by self-acclaimed Igbo King in Ghana, His Royal Majesty Eze Dr. Chukwudi Jude Ihenetu that he acquired 50 acres of land to build Igbo village in Ghana.
The self-styled Igbo King claimed the 50 acres of land which is about 250 plots located at the Afalo road in the Old Ningo.
Reacting to this, Ningo Prampram MP who also serves as the Minister for Communication, Digital Technology & Innovation stated that no ‘King’ has any kingdom or land in the Ningo-Prampram Constituency.
He said the ancient Great Ningo Prampram welcomed everyone in the land but none of them is allowed to claim a kingdom in the land.
“No ‘King’ has any kingdom or land in the Ningo-Prampram Constituency. Disregard any such claims. The ancient Great Ningo kingdom is welcoming to all who visit us but none is welcome to lay claim to a kingdom here.” Sam George stated.
He assured that nobody can take the people of Ningo-Prampram for granted.
“Rest assured, we are a hospitable people but our hospitality CANNOT be taken for granted. Let calm prevail.” He assured.
Many people have raised concerns about the conduct of Eze Dr. Chukwudi Jude Ihenetu who claims to be the Igbo King in Ghana.

They have even given our children’s park to them to host their festivals. we don’t have leaders we just have people who never think. Ghanaian can’t do what they are doing now in their country. #LetTheNigeriansGo is that too much to ask”
