Ofori-Atta rescues NPP Adenta constituency

 

Aspiring New Patriotic Party (NPP) constituency Chairman in Adenta Constituency in the Greater Accra Region,  Mr. Ofori-Atta as part of his social duties to put smile in the faces of people in the constituency has donated GHC6, 000.oo to support the one-week celebration of one Agya Koo’s mother.

He also supported the funeral of Mummy Mandi with GHC1,000.00

These donations were made on Saturday, 5th July, 2025 in the constituency.

Mr. Ofori Atta in his kind gesture has shown love and kindness to the people of Adenta.

 

HON. OFORI ATTA’S POLITICAL JOURNEY IN ADENTAN CONSTITUENCY

 

Mr. Ofori Atta over some years has dedicated himself and his commitment to serve his party the New Patriotic Party (NPP). He started his political journey in Liberia during the 1980s.

In the 1980s, Liberia experienced a civil war under President Charles Taylor. Mr. Ofori Atta who witnessed the war returned home (Ghana) and left his properties behind to save his life and his young daughter.

In order to build a new life in Ghana, the Aspiring NPP Constituency Chairman in Adenta bought a taxi in the year 1992 to support his family and build his career.

His loyalty to the NPP came to light during a meeting with some party members at Mummy Akua Afriyie’s house at Little Roses when then Director of Communications of the party, Nana Akomea, Mr. Donkor were present.

During the 2012 elections, Mr. Ofori Atta  supported the party’s campaign in the Manhee electoral area by sacrificing his taxi for the campaign and single-handedly funding it.

He also bought speakers and fueling the vehicle himself.

“This selfless act showcased his commitment to the NPP party. This marks the end of phase 1 of HON. OFORI ATTA’S political life. Future phases will cover his endeavors from 2016 to 2024.” Eric Ɔpanyin Wireko, a member of Mr. Ofori Atta’s campaign said.
