You are selfish – Big Akwes criticizes LilWin’s role as a President in his movie “Ibrahim Traore”

 

Ghanaian actor Big Akwes has criticized his colleague Kwadwo Nkansah also known as Lilwin over his conduct in his movie productions.

He said Lil Win is selfish in his production especially his recent movies titled “President Ibrahim Traoré”.

According to him, Lilwin always wants to play the major roles in every production he has come out with and left other actors and actresses behind which he believes is not the proper way.

Big Akwes understands Lilwin being the production head and at the same time playing the leading roles prevent other actors and actresses from exhibiting their talents to become known.

“Lil Win’s appearance in his movies is more than any other actor in the movie. Perhaps someone doesn’t understand what a leading role is. I mean Lilwin wants to appear in all the scenes in his movies, you will find him in scene 1, scene 2, scene 3 or 4, why? ” He said.

“In his recent movie ‘Ibrahim Traore’ he acted as the President but it doesn’t suit him. The one who can play that role perfectly is there but he will deny him that role. Just go and watch the tailor of his movie, he wants to appear in all the scenes but it should not happen like that.” Big Akwes added.

Making references to some movies produced by other stars, Big Akwes urged Lilwin to learn from his colleagues who were doing the same job.

He stressed that appearing in all the scenes will kill the talents of other actors and actresses.

“A movie that you are producing by yourself everyday you are in a leading role. Just watch him carefully, you will see that he (Lil Win) plays the major role for people to acknowledge him. If you look at Mercy Asiedu. Matilda Asare, Kwaku Manu and myself and the other stars, the kind of movies we are producing is different from what Lilwin is doing.” Big Akwes stated.
